Mist Form is a Power, part of the School of Air.

• Rank 1: become mist, concentration, spend mana each round, move slowly.
• Rank 2: move faster, swift action, sustain swift, no mana cost while moving slowly, else move quickly.
• Rank 3: free action for extra mana, some physical power in mist form.
• Rank 4: wind walk!
